So that we can make sure we are connecting with the right people in your organisation, we are asking all our endorsed providers offering REPs recognised training and due to renew in 2017/18 to send in details for the Main Contact, Invoicing Contact and Administration Contact.

Part of the form also gives you the opportunity to confirm your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions of Endorsement and Code of Practice for Endorsed Providers – please take a look so that you can see the way in which we will be working with you.
Once we receive your completed form, we will send you the new REPs CPD point and PD:Approval Endorsed logos to replace those you already have. You will also need to ensure you remove any reference to SkillsActive as your endorsing body and their logo if you have used it.
As well as your logos, we will share with the Main Contact you specify in the form a personal Dropbox which will be used to keep all the information about your endorsement. This will ensure that it is all in one safe place and readily accessible by both you and PD:Approval.
