Opportunities to share through REPs

Tom Bell and Yolande Green, one of our technical experts, have joined the REPs Expert Panel group for Fitness Matters which, if you are not familiar with it, is a fantastic quarterly resource circulated to all REPs members.  It contains current topical articles which are written to inform, inspire and educate fitness professionals.  We run a regular article on quality assurance which features a selection of endorsed providers who recently have had a quality assurance visit from one of our team. The articles are aimed to raise awareness of all the hard work that goes on to ensure endorsed training continues to meet the high standard it achieved when it was first approved.

We are delighted that so many of our endorsed providers were also able to contribute articles this year to either Fitness Matters or the REPs ezine, where the articles can be read on their blog page.

Peter Francis, founder of Meditation Personal Trainers, not only contributed a great piece about his work to the ezine but has also been invited onto the Expert Panel to help shape future publications. Endorsed provider contributers to the autumn Fitness Matters were Ben Coomber, BTN Academy, writing about the benefits of mastering podcasting, James Luscombe, StudyActive, talking about the success of their qualification delivery through blended learning, and Adore Your Pelvic Floor founder Louise Field explaining about the importance of pelvic health. Other ezine contributors were Fit4Tap, The Wright Foundation, Beth Tweedle Gymnastics, and CanRehab – read their blogs here.

If you think you have something that REPs members would like to hear about, make sure you contact Adam Haines in the REPs team to discuss how you can create an article for REPs members!

As well as these opportunities, don’t forget that we share the dates you add to the PD:Portal with REPs members through REPs social media, so make sure you keep adding them!
